Terms and conditions
Last updated: September 2026
This document sets out the general conditions under which we provide website creation, publishing and maintenance services. A separate quote or contract is concluded for each project; in the event of any inconsistency, the terms of the quote you accepted take precedence over this document.

The provider is not registered for VAT, under the special exemption scheme for small enterprises (art. 310 of the Romanian Fiscal Code). The prices shown are final amounts, to which no VAT is added.
2. How the collaboration begins
We discuss the project, and then we send you a written quote setting out what the site contains, the firm price, the delivery deadline and what you need to provide. The collaboration begins the moment you accept the quote in writing (email is sufficient) and pay the advance.
The prices shown on the site apply to ordinary projects, in the configuration described for each package. For projects that fall outside the usual pattern, the price is set by a separate quote — still firm, and still before work begins.
3. Payment
- For brochure websites: 50% advance when work starts and 50% on launch.
- For online shops: in three instalments, set out in the quote.
- Monthly subscriptions are invoiced in advance, monthly or yearly.
- The invoice payment term is 7 calendar days from the date of issue.
The prices shown on the site are expressed in euro. You may pay in euro or, if you are resident in Romania, in Romanian lei, at the National Bank rate of the payment date. The applicable VAT treatment is the one stated on the invoice.
4. What you provide
For the project to keep to schedule, you need to send us within the first 7 days: the logo (if there is one), the list of services or products, the copy or the information needed to write it, the photos you want us to use, and the company's contact details.
The delivery deadline runs from the moment we have received the materials. If the materials are late, the deadline shifts accordingly, and this is not treated as a delay on our part.
You warrant that you have the right to use the materials you send us (copy, photos, logo, fonts). Liability for any infringement of copyright in the materials you supply rests with you.
5. Included revisions and additional revisions
Each package includes a number of revision rounds, stated in the quote (2 rounds on Standard, 3 on Pro). A round means one list of comments sent in a single message, to which we respond with all the corrections.
Changes that alter the structure or the scope of the agreed project (new pages, new functionality, a complete redesign after the design was approved) are charged separately, at the prices in the additional services section, subject to your prior agreement.
6. Delivery and acceptance
We present the site to you at a test address before launch. You have 7 days to check it and send us your comments. If we receive no comments within that period, the work is deemed accepted and is published.
After launch and payment in full, you receive: the site files, the hosting and domain logins, and a written user guide.
7. Copyright and ownership
Once the price has been paid in full, the economic rights in the delivered site pass to you: the code, the design made for you, the structure and the content. You can move the site anywhere, continue with another supplier, change anything.
We reserve the right to present the work in our portfolio (screenshot, address, description), unless you ask us in writing not to.
Generic reusable components, libraries and our internal tools remain our property; you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use them within the delivered site.
8. Maintenance subscriptions
- The hours included in the subscription do not carry over to the following month.
- Hours beyond those included are charged at €30/hour, subject to your prior agreement.
- The subscription can be stopped or changed with written notice of 30 days in advance, subject to the minimum term in the quote.
- Stopping the subscription does not affect your ownership of the site.
- The subscription covers maintenance and content changes. It does not cover rebuilding the site, major new functionality, or repairing damage caused by third-party changes to the code.
9. Warranty
I guarantee free correction of functional errors in the delivered site for 90 days from launch, provided the site has not been modified by anyone else. The warranty covers functional defects, not changes of preference, new requirements, or problems caused by third-party suppliers (hosting, domain, external services).
10. Limitation of liability
We cannot guarantee a particular position in Google results, a particular volume of traffic or a particular number of customers — these depend on factors nobody controls. What we do guarantee is the technical quality of the work and adherence to what the quote says.
Our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the amounts actually received from you for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or interruptions caused by hosting, domain or third-party service providers.
11. Ending the collaboration
Either of us may end the collaboration by written notice. In that case, the work carried out up to that point is paid for, and we hand over everything that has been produced and paid for. The advance covers work already performed and is not refunded once work has begun.
12. Resolving disputes
We first try to resolve any disagreement directly, by talking. If we do not succeed and you are a consumer, you may turn to ANPC, the Romanian consumer protection authority, including through its alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedure. If you live in another member state of the European Union, you may also turn to the out-of-court dispute resolution bodies in your own country. As a last resort, the courts at the provider's registered office have jurisdiction, and the applicable law is Romanian law, without a consumer being deprived of the protection given by the law of the country of their habitual residence.
13. Changes to these terms
I may update this document; the version applicable to a project is the one in force on the date the quote was accepted. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
